How do I book a course? 
Send an e mail to one of our learning Advice Team
Email your details to info@synergytraininggroup.com or complete the Booking Form from the website and return by e mail 

How can I find out if there is any space on my chosen date?
Send an e mail to info@synergytraininggroup.com and we can advise on the spaces available for your chosen date and we will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

How can I pay?
Once your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be dispatched. We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS transfer.
 
What happens after I book?
Once we have received your booking confirmation, we will send joining instructions to you via email. This contains a map, as well as further information on your course. A couple of weeks before you are due to attend, we will contact you, via email, just to remind you about your course.

What happens if I can’t make the date?
Contact us as soon as you can and we can discuss alternative arrangements with you.

What time do the courses start and finish?
The start and finish times do vary slightly, which will be detailed in your joining instructions, however as a guide expect to start at 9am and finish at 5pm.

Does the price include accommodation?
Our courses do not include accommodation unless you have selected a residential course. The price does include all the materials you will need, plus lunch and refreshments whilst you are with us.

Where shall I stay?
Our partnership with BSI, an accommodation agency, will ensure you receive the best possible rates for your hotel.

How many people will be on the course with me?
To ensure the quality of our training, the maximum number of delegates is limited and will vary from course to course. The maximum number of delegates on any Synergy Training Group course will be 14.

Do you offer in-house or tailored training?
We offer in house and tailored solutions, managed service relationships, surveys and diagnostics, and executive coaching.

Who can help if I need advice on selecting the right course for me?

What should I wear to my course?
If you require any guidance on dress code, we would suggest smart casual. However, it is important that you feel comfortable.
